VisitEngland Acknowledges Greatest in Tourism with 2023-2024 Customer Attraction Accolades

VisitEngland has introduced the winners of its prestigious Customer Attraction Accolades for 2023-2024 right this moment, 22 October, celebrating excellence throughout the nation’s tourism sights.
A complete of 72 sights throughout England obtained accolades, recognizing excellent customer experiences in 5 distinct classes: ‘Welcome,’ ‘Quality Food and Drink,’ ‘Hidden Gem,’ ‘Best Told Story,’ and the coveted ‘Gold’ for total excellence.
These awards are decided by the scores every attraction achieves by the annual VisitEngland Customer Attraction High quality Scheme evaluation.
VisitEngland Director Andrew Stokes mentioned:
“These accolades spotlight the fantastic customer experiences offered by English sights, from the warmest of welcomes to wonderful foods and drinks, from nice storytelling to excellent customer support.
“Our tourism businesses are the bedrock of our industry and it is wonderful to highlight and celebrate the fantastic service and experiences they give visitors, time-after-time. From museums, gardens and nature reserves to farm attractions, estates and theme parks, these attractions go out of their way to make visits memorable.”
Marking their tenth anniversary, the accolades are open to sights taking part within the VisitEngland Customer Attraction High quality Scheme. This program covers a variety of sights, from historic estates, gardens, and nation parks to museums, galleries, church buildings, and cathedrals. Contributors profit from recommendation on enhancing their customer choices, accessibility, and sustainability, offered by a crew of expert assessors.
Successful sights are entitled to proudly show the accolade brand on-site, on-line, and inside their promotional supplies.
The 2023-2024 accolades have been offered throughout a celebratory lunch on the British Motor Museum in Warwickshire.
