Turkish Airways Sees 8.2% Development in Passengers for January 2025 with Sturdy Efficiency on Worldwide and Home Routes

Turkish Airways carried 6.77 million passengers in January, marking an 8.2 p.c improve from the identical month in 2024.
Worldwide passenger site visitors rose 10 p.c year-on-year to 4.47 million, whereas home passenger numbers grew by 4.9 p.c yearly to 2.3 million.
The whole passenger load issue improved from 80.3 p.c in January 2024 to 82.4 p.c final month. The load components for worldwide and home routes stood at 82.3 p.c and 83.5 p.c, respectively.
Seat capability elevated by 9.5 p.c in comparison with January final 12 months, reaching 98,364, and the fleet grew from 440 plane to 477.
The variety of locations served by the airline rose from 340 in January 2024 to 352 by the top of final month.
In 2024, the airline carried 85.2 million passengers, up 2.1 p.c from 2023. Worldwide passengers elevated by 2.9 p.c yearly to 54.6 million, whereas home passengers noticed a modest improve of 0.7 p.c, reaching 30.6 million.
