Delegates attending enterprise occasions and worldwide conferences are essential to Tourism New Zealand’s four-year plan geared toward boosting worldwide tourism by $5 billion. Notably, 70% of this development ($3.5 billion) is projected to come back from guests throughout off-peak seasons.
Enterprise occasions are closely weighted in direction of the off-peak, with 83% of worldwide delegates arriving between March and November final 12 months, in comparison with 62% of holidaymakers, Mr de Monchy stated.
