The awards ceremony, organized by the ITTA Basis, happened on December 17 in North Jakarta, celebrating excellence within the journey and tourism business. The ITTA Basis, established in 2010, operates as a non-governmental group supported by Indonesia’s Ministry of Tourism, aiming to foster innovation and development within the tourism area.

Tourism Malaysia Jakarta Director Hairi Mohd Yakzan obtained the award from ITTA Basis President Panca R. Sarungu in a glittering occasion attended by business leaders and dignitaries. Talking on the event, Hairi attributed the group’s success to the collaborative efforts of his devoted crew and the steadfast help from Tourism Malaysia’s headquarters.
