Nestled throughout the verdant jungles of Northern Thailand, the Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort introduces Cover, A Tree Prime Eating Expertise. This groundbreaking eating initiative displays the resort’s dedication to sustainability and the promotion of real native flavors.
Positioned 52 meters above the savannah, Cover is a capsule with open sides offering panoramic 360-degree views of the Golden Triangle. Its design, impressed by close by beehives, incorporates natural supplies and subdued, pure colours, making a peaceable sanctuary disrupted solely by the forest’s pure sounds and providing a relaxing view of nature’s panorama.
As daybreak breaks, adventurous meals fans with binoculars can witness the awakening wildlife under, together with the spectacular elephants from the adjoining camp. The lunchtime expertise invitations friends to delve into the native delicacies because the jungle buzzes with exercise. At twilight, the capsule turns into a magical spot for night drinks, bathed within the mild glow of the sundown.
Cover gives all-day tasting menus served in eco-friendly Pinto containers that artfully mix savory and candy. The Mekong Discovery menu celebrates the realm’s culinary traditions with objects like Laotian riverweed with tangy yellowfin tuna larb and Chiang Rai’s spiced pork on toasted rice. The Culinary Journey menu merges Jap traditions with Western creativity, that includes dishes corresponding to succulent wagyu brief ribs on home made bread rolls, a Phuket lobster wrap with regional avocados, baked figs from Royal Tasks in crème brûlée, and native strawberries with mint in choux pastry. The Connoisseur Odyssey menu transforms native dishes into luxurious feasts with premium elements like wagyu M5 beef, king scallops, and Royal Tasks caviar, complemented by desserts corresponding to kaffir lime financier, rose and pumpkin mousse, and a burnt coconut crème brûlée.
Govt Chef Pisit ‘Jino’ Jinopong explains, “At the heart of the Anantara Golden Triangle experience is a profound connection with the environment, whether through daily interactions with our rescue elephants, jungle trekking, or dining. Canopy is a testament to our care for ecological mindfulness, providing guests a space to engage with the natural world in an intimate and nourishing manner.”
