Alaska Airways rewards its workforce with an additional six weeks of pay after a standout 12 months, celebrating outstanding worker efficiency.
Our pleasure was immense as we concluded the 12 months with a record-breaking reward for our staff by means of our Efficiency-Based mostly Pay (PBP) program, distributing over 11% of extra pay, equal to roughly six weeks of pay.
